Service Description
Holding a handstand is one of the most satisfying things! But just throwing yourself into it without properly prepping the right muscles does not always lead to the best practice. And it is a practice. Nobody learns how to handstand overnight. It takes repetition and determination and the right alignment of the body to make this dream come true. Come and learn the right way to prep your body for handstands and try out some useful drills that will help you achieve your upside down dreams

If you cancel within 24 hours of the class you can get your money back. If it’s less than 24 hours away from the class you won’t get your money back as will already have paid for the space hire and made a lesson plan
