Classes held at City of Bristol Gymnastics centre.
Come and join our half taught/half free-time, floor acrobatics sessions to learn new skills and practice older ones. Coaches will lead a warm up, stretch, conditioning and basic tumbles and then you are free to use the foam pit, trampolines, crash mats and sprung floor in this amazing facility.
Best suited to people who have some experience but beginner participants welcome. Please get in touch to talk about your goals and fitness level before booking.
Classes held at The Albany centre.
No partner required but welcome if you want to bring a friend. Ideally suited for people with some experience in partner acrobatics or dance wishing to join a weekly class. Each class focusses on a slightly different technique.
