Adult Acrobatics (Kingswood)

Floor based live acrobatics class for adult participants.

Service Description

Floor acrobatics class focussing on tumbling mostly but includes lots of different acrobatic movements and balances. The gym has a sprung floor, two tumble tracks, one into a foam pit, a trampoline, double mini tramp, lots of crash mats and blocks and all the things you need to learn, play and have fun whilst getting fit and challenging your mind body connection. If you are a complete beginner please get in touch to talk about your goals and fitness level before booking

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 48 hours before the block you can get your money back or swap to a later block date. If it’s less than 48 hours away from the class you won’t get your money back as will already have paid for the space hire and made lesson plans for the block

At Adult Acrobatics At Home, we understand that a certain amount of risk is inherent with participation in acrobatics, tumbling and partner acrobatics activities. We therefore require all participants of our open classes to sign a Liability Waiver prior to their first class. This waiver is intended to release our coaches and staff from any liability for injury or death that may occur during the course of the class. By signing this waiver, all participants agree to accept the risks of participating in acrobatics, tumbling and partner acrobatics activities. Furthermore, all participants agree to hold AAAH and its coaches harmless for any liability that may arise from their participation in the class.
